Are you looking for a discrete ovulation tracker? Is it important for you to be able to do so without login, advertisements or links? We got you covered! This app doesn’t need any of the above. Let us explain how we think of it. Firstly, we respect data privacy, and this is the reason why all the data is stored locally in your own device so no login is needed. Secondly, we respect time, so no advertisements are used in this app. Thirdly, we respect convenience, so the app is visually clean and easy to use.Welcome to Discrete Ovulation Tracker. DOT. Nothing else. Period. We understand that you want to start using DOT. right away. You can do so! As supporting device, you should use a basal thermometer. Measure your temperature in the morning right after you woke while still lying in bed and safe it in DOT. Additionally, you can track symptoms by selecting the relevant icons. To be more aware of your health you can also add any other information as text. You are always able to navigate back in days and change the data. The menstruation is recorded in the app, by pressing the “period start” button which starts a new cycle. If you follow the temperature measuring routine daily and the temperature data is consistent with the biological rules of the female cycle, DOT. will recognize your ovulation (yellow) and mark the following days as infertile (green). If DOT. doesn’t detect an ovulation, it doesn’t mean that there wasnt an ovulation or that there is a problem with your health! DOT. follows very strict rules to analyse your cycle. We created this very penile algorithm for you to be informed as reliably as possible. To make it easier for DOT. to get a detection:1. Make sure to measure your basal temperature at the same time every day after the same number of hours of uninterrupted sleep.2. Use a high-quality basal thermometer with two decimals and follow the manufacturer’s instructions carefully.3. Always measure your temperature the same way (oral or vaginal or anal).4. Be aware that alcohol and other drugs as well as medication, stress, hormonal changes (e.g., current and previous pregnancy, menopause, puberty, breastfeeding, previous discontinuation of hormonal contraception) and several medical conditions may influence your temperature. You can also use DOT. as a tool to follow your cycle without measuring temperature.DISCLAIMER:This app is a tool to assist you with your own active and informed cycle tracking. While ensuring the utmost care concerning the completeness and correctness of the algorithm used by and the information provided in the app, the DOT. does not hold any liability not only but also in the case of errors, inaccuracies, misconceptions, or omissions contained in the app. Therefore, DOT. does not hold any responsibility or liability for your use of it. DOT. expressly points out that the basal body temperature is only one of many symptoms that are needed to make an approximately reliable statement about a womans cycle. Especially during and after hormonal changes (e.g., pregnancy, discontinuation of a hormonal contraceptive method, beginning of the menopause, etc.), statements about the cycle are only possible to a very limited extent. Therefore, DOT. does not recommend using the app as the only tool to analyse your cycle.DOT. is not intended to provide medical advice. For medical advice always consult a healthcare professional.
